In accordance with Portuguese law, all Gigi For Beauty Lovers® items are warranted for two years from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, the product with a manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a similar model in the event that its repair is not possible.
The buyer must present the purchase invoice issued by Gigi For Beauty Lovers®.
Materials subject to deterioration, oxidation, loss, defects caused by impact, improper use, improper maintenance and cleaning, neglect, mishandling, modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents or normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty.
Items that have been tampered with in an unauthorized workshop lose the right to warranty.
If a repair beyond the warranty period is required, your jewelry will be evaluated. If it is repairable, it will be sent to our Service Center. Subsequently, you will be presented with a quote of the amount of the repair and the shipping charges, and will only be repaired after the express consent of the customer.
It will always be mandatory to present the purchase invoice.
In the above mentioned cases, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Within a maximum of 14 days you can exchange for another piece of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice.

Exchanges will only be approved if the jewellery wasn´t used, in their original box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
Product return and exchange must comply with the following conditions:
• Return of the products in good condition, without any signs of use, with original and complete packaging, as well as the remaining elements that originally accompanied the product;
• Any exchange or return must be accompanied by the respective invoice;
• Shipping the product to Gigi For Beauty Lovers® is the responsibility of the Customer, including costs, loss, damage that may suffer during transportation and delays.
All products will be checked upon arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange / return those that comply with the conditions of exchange.
Gigi For Beauty Lovers ® reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions.
All exchanges are only accepted for products of equal or higher value, not being returned in cash.
If you choose to exchange your products, please follow these steps:

- You will receive an email confirming the conditions of your exchange.
2- Leave your order at the nearest post office. Keep proof of shipping.
In case of exchange for defect in the part, the period is 2 months, after the knowledge of the defect.
The loss of any article or part of it is not covered by the warranty.
To place an order select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once your selection is complete follow the instructions on the page to complete your order.
After placing your order, make sure that you receive a confirmation email in the email box you used to place the order.
If you have not received any emails in your inbox, please check the Spam box. After checking the spam box and if the problem persists please contact us at info@gigiforbeautylovers.com.
During the process, you will receive other notifications, including the tracking number so you can conveniently track your order through the carrier's website, from the time of shipment to the time of delivery.
In case of unsuccessful delivery and return to sender, Gigi For Beauty Lovers® will resend it. If the delivery is not made due to the responsibility of the customer, the buyer will assume the new costs.
For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
The term for exercise of the right of free resolution ends 14 days after the purchase of the item.
The Resolution decision must be communicated by email to info@gigiforbeautylovers.com, accompanied by the buyer's details (Name, Address, Part Name and respective date of purchase) and respective invoice.
In case of dispute the consumer may refer to the Porto Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center through email cicap@cicap.pt .

Orders are sent by CTT in Registered Mail with “Tracking Number”, so you can follow your order conveniently from the time of dispatch to the moment of delivery.
After the day of dispatch the usual delivery times are:
- 1 to 3 business days after day of shipment to mainland Portugal;
- 3 working days after the day of dispatch to the Madeira Archipelago and to the Azores Archipelago;
* Indicative deadlines in business days. For autonomous regions the pattern may be extended depending on transport limitations.
- Up to 3 days for the rest of Europe.

Delivery times depend on the mode of payment and the place of delivery of the products.
The day of dispatch corresponds to the day on which the Gigi For Beauty Lovers® account is credited (on business days and for payments made until 4 pm).
As it is a workshop with mostly artisanal characteristics, we reserve the right, in case of stock outage, to change the deadline. In this case an email will be sent immediately indicating a new deadline.
Order delivery time depends on stock availability and complexity of orders, with production / shipping time ranging from 2 to 15 business days. However, during festive seasons shipping times may take up to 30 days.
Custom orders take 7-15 business days to produce. Online stock is indicative only. If there is no stock: the purchase is processed, but the above production lead times apply.
Gigi For Beauty Lovers® is not responsible for delays or damage / loss related to the transportation company.
In the absence of the consignee to receive the order at the shipping address, a document will be left to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office within the indicated timeframe and it will be possible to pick up the order at the Post Office without the slip, but with the tracking number and its identification document.
